◆Typical process flow – conversion of mushroom residue into pellets: A) Sifting → B) Drying → C) Pelletizing → D) Cooling → E) Bagging
◆The above process flow involves the following main machines: A)Sifting Machine : Screen impurity from mushroom residue. B)Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of mushroom residue. C)Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm pellets. D)Cooler : Cool down hot pellets not higher than room temperature 3-5℃. E)Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.
◆The complete mushroom residue pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines: A) Belt & Screw Conveyor : Transport materials and connect different machines. B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.
